The care of the water in a swiming pool or spa is a question of responsibility since it involves both the health of swimmers and the environment.

In the case of public or semi-public facilities (public and municipal swimming pools, gyms, hotels, urban spas,...), poorly treated water is the equivalent of deficient service – just like substandard food in a restaurant or a dirty room in a hotel.

In fact, water that has not been properly treated or is poorly disinfected represents negligence on the part of the property or the company managing the installation.
